I also have an idea to make his E feel a little better. Letting him walk through minions while charging would be a huge improvement. I'm not sure how you would tie in thematically but I think it would make it more useable/less frustrating.

I just went in to check for myself, and it definitely heals you when someone dies, but it isn't immediate. I don't know if this is intended, or if it was just PBE lag, but there is a ~0.5 second delay between killing an enemy champion and receiving HP from the ult.
Appreciate the video! That's the heal from the ult timing out though. I meant the specific scenario when you ult someone and they die from other means (such as Q or an ally) before your ult gets a chance to do damage.

Huh, I must have not noticed that happening in game. Thank you for clarifying! At the risk of information overload, that may be worth adding to the tooltip.
