3 challenger account players first impressions of new masteries

they look very fun and better than old masteries battering blows is too high up, creates whacky exclusivity to assassins and adc's, unfair for fighters. also the mastery is a bit too strong in general. 7% is really too much. i'm thinking 4-5% and battering blows and piercing thoughts should be swapped with vampirism/natural talent. glad veterans scars is exclusive to tanks now, unless damage roles want to trade off a decent portion of damage for it.
