Unlock Doom Tiers and Unlock Abilities To Use

So I had an idea. Wouldn't it be fun to play as a doom bot? Being able to shoot 8 Ezreal Ults at one time? Spawn a Fiddlesticks clone? 6 Wukong ults? Well, I think if you unlock all of the doom tiers, you have the option to use the doom abilities in custom games.
