Order Of The Lotus Irelia And Victorious Skins

Could we make them available again plz? I mean it isn't fair to have to wait until the next victorious skin to buy them if we had already bought them. As far as OOTL Irelia is concerned, I think it shouldn't be unavailable like High Noon Yasuo a week ago.
