Hi, I hope that damage and defense would be balanced. So there would be duels or fights, instead of champions that just pop someone. Healing and (and someone mentioned) life-steal is often less effective right now. I think it would be like the old days.
The exception are assassins and Master Yi because they are supposed to delete someone. But balancing damage here would also help, because then gathering items and scaling would be strategic. And there might be a chance to get away or retaliate often.
I think damage balancing could be tested on PBE if necessary. And I would be very grateful.
I do not mean very low. I ask it to be balanced and in control. Does everyone agree with me?
Edit: Maybe damage and items are balanced. I see some videos where everything is balanced and another where it's not. Dx I think damage should be what Riot wants.
