Bring back COOP vs AI and/or Blind pick

I have been looking for a game for the past hour and everytime i get in a game is a dodge and another dodge. Everyone dodges when they don't get the new champion/champion with new skin. Jus please let us play bots or blinad so everyone can pick the new champion and skins.
