[SUGGESTION] A new command

Hi. I've been leveling an account on EUW, just to have a lvl 30 on EUW, and in most of the games, I obviously got really fed every game and because of that, i've wondered if it would be possible to make a new command: /give? It should be used with being able to give items in your inventory to other players, or give gold! Example: /Give gold 5200 X, or /Give Zeal X
