I have a 10 minute low priority queue that does not leave

I got a low priority queue that hasnt went away for about 20+ games. The only game that i can recall leaving was about 40+ games back but why did i recieve it so much later? I have tried to put in a support ticket but whenever I sumbit the ticket, i check the My Tickets tab but my ticket is not there but only the ones that I have put in in past uses of the support system.

We're testing a new feature that gives the option to view discussion comments in chronological order. Some testers have pointed out situations in which they feel a linear view could be helpful, so we'd like see how you guys make use of it.
