Ahri Changes

Personally I am both satisfied with the changes and concerned. While her overall potential to do more damage at 6+ will be much greater, she will lose roaming potential and be easier to kill without any type of escape. Her Orb of Deception is how she can close gaps or escape without Ulti or Flash. Ahri didn't need changes to begin with in my opinion but if you are ACTUALLY going to change her these are my personal recommendations. -Keep her MS on Orb of Deception but nerf the damage on Q or the health return at 9 charges. -Fox Fire is fine where it is -Keep Charm changes to give 20% more damage to all abilities -Keep Spirit Rush the way it was before the cooldown changes to her other ablities
