Yuumi changes are bad, don't encourage defensive play on her.

First of all, Hi to everyone reading this, I want to give my feedback on why the recent changes on Yuumi {{champion:350}} are bad and Riot should go another route for her, who am I? I'm a Diamond 3 player in my region and I have 130 games on Yuumi. (so yeah pretty much a nobody, but I like the champ) For those who don't know, Yuumi {{champion:350}} is a champion that requires less actions per minute than any other champion dew to her attach mechanic, her W. When you attach to an ally, you go wherever they go, and you don't have to do much on independent movement. With the most recent changes on the PBE for Yuumi {{champion:350}} , They've removed her Mana restore on her Passive, and changed stuff on her Q and E, more on those later, for now let's discuss the passive. > Passive: Bop'N'Block (Passive) [Removed] No longer restores mana Shield changed from [80-300] to [50/55/60/72/84/96/111/126/141/156/174/192/210/228/246/264/282/300] The shield on Yuumi's {{champion:350}} passive is something that you want to get when a trade is about to happen, or when you are going all in, other than that you are never thinking "I'm going to go basic attack them for a shield" since you'll most likely use the shield if they basic attack you once, however you do get the thought of: "I'll go basic attack them for mana" quite often in laning phase, what I'm going at here is that you shouldn't discourage her from detaching herself in laning phase, it adds interaction and it's her weak point, encourage it so that it's funner to play as/against her, there's other ways of nerfing her while making her funner to play, which I'll discuss on her Q. >Q: Prowling Projectile (Q) Mana cost increased from 60/65/70/75/80/85 to 75/80/85/90/95/100 Empowered damage changed from [60/105/150/195/240/285 (+60% AP)] to [50/95/140/185/230/275 (+65% AP)] Her mana pool at level 1 is 400, and she lost her passive mana restore, I'm all for the ability costing more on later levels, the damage trade from level scale and ap scale is also great, however the mana increase early on just makes it so that you play more conservative, on a champion that you don't even move around with, this is my proposal towards nerfing her, make her Q more spammable. You might think I'm crazy right now, but think about it for a moment, if you cut in half all of the numbers in this ability, you make her interact more, "but what about the slow-" you just make it into champion specific cooldown (Like {{champion:77}}'s stun , {{champion:111}}'s root), "but doesn't that mean she can push the enemy adc back with that amount of spam?" not really, it's still the same numbers, you'd need to hit 2 Qs for the damage of a Q in live right now, this could potentially nerf her quite allot, but you can always tone up the damage if it falls way to low. >E: Zoomies (E) Mana cost lowered from 60/65/70/75/80 to 30/40/50/60/70 maximum heal increased from [2x base heal value] to [2.5x base heal value] I'm really against this change, Yuumi {{champion:350}} already heals allot, I understand the mana cost buff is because of her other mana nerfs, but I want everyone to see the boring gameplay that this changes would encourage, Yuumi will no longer try to aim for Bop'n'Blocks in laning phase, aside from the first one, Yuumi will not use her Q as much because her mana would drain quickly, she would end up maxing E first, which means she'll be playing defensively, and since you can't hit her, you'll end up either playing as or against a champion who's only purpose is to press E in laning phase, and this is boring for everyone involved in that lane as it becomes a stale and farm only. {{sticker:sg-soraka}} Thank you for reading.
