So, we've had RP back for about 5 months, but many of the skins that made players want RP were stripped from the store (everything between may 2016 and feb 2019 is gone). Which kind of makes the return of RP worthless. Seeing as Riot has done nothing about this despite it being brought to their attention on various occasions, both immediately and a few months after RP was brought back. I think it's time to artificially create an environment similar to the one the forums had back when we still didn't have RP. That is to say by making daily posts complaining about issues regarding player experience with the server. A server that is supposedly a reward for being a decent person on live (see the honor 3 requirement).
In the latter half of this I'm going to address the common criticisms complaints like this have received.
"It doesn't need testing." It is fully possible that Baker Pantheon, a skin with heavy visual effect overhauls, will be bugged when the rework hits live servers because the skin cannot receive testing on PBE. With the upcoming Volibear and Fiddlesticks reworks, this issue will be repeated as both champions have skins released in this lost time frame. This problem will be repeated every single time a rework hits for champions who had skins released within this 3 year time span.
"There's no good reason to bring it back" Except for the fact that when asked 5 months ago about skins like Nightbringer Yasuo and Dawnbringer Riven being unavailable, Riot Skiteacher had [this to say.](https://boards.pbe.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/client-new-features-feedback/3AEB3uHA-rp-on-pbe-itos-back?comment=00270000) Which means either that riot was lying to us about caring that store content is consistent, or that they're failing miserably at that.
