Why was so much damage removed from his W during testing? It feels as if its almost in the same state as before now where its damage can be negligible. It should scale with minimum 40% ap and he should have his attack speed per level increased by 1 or 2% to help his split push and let him cs a little easier. These gameplay changes are a good first step towards making him more than a Press R to win champ. Another change i was thinking of was if the increased AP scaling is reaLLY something that can’t be compromised on, his W could have a CDR passive where every proc of it on a champ lowers the cd of his ult or q by maybe 1 or .5 secs?
