Mystery skins cant give unavailable skins?

Ive created 2 previous forums about this, but I got 20 mystery skins and none of them are the unavailable ones. It only gives the old ones Like caterpillar kogmaw or badger teemo. Please answer this time if you know if you can get unavailable skins from mystery skins truly or even if this has happened to you. Or maybe a riot guy can answer. Im doin this for underworld wukong.
