Could Graves just 'slap' someone with his gun while out of ammo?

So I found this post on the eu boards: http://boards.euw.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/champions-gameplay-en/L14EP1AH-could-graves-just-slap-someone-with-his-gun-while-out-of-ammo This is a random thought I had, As you probably know, Graves now has AoE auto attacks on an Ammo system. Without ammo, graves can't auto attack. He just kinda stands there like ''hold on, gotta reload'' What if, while recharging, he could get a weakened, melee AA? For example he could just punch someone with his either his fist or empty gun. It would be funny, Also, CSing wouldn't be a total nightmare :P having a melee AA would make some sense because his stats are melee already, right? :P and you know, the handle of a gun can be used as a club sometimes ;) EDIT: even 40%of his total ad, or maybe 100% of his BASE AD
