I don't like it.
There is actually no viable path for an AA based/split push melee to take now. Press the attack is all about attacking a couple times in a team fight to increase your teams damage against them. This means top lane fighters/bruisers are much weaker in the 1 vs 1 in sidelanes.
The thing from before where switching targets lost you stacks was anti melee, this is also anti melee. Like it feels like you've completely screwed over all Melee's just to give ADC's some power.
I don't know why you don't keep it similar to current live game Fervor Of Battle with a few minor tweaks.
