Can we have this "zoom out" added to more champions?

Lets be real champions with long range spells are always a bit clunky due to having to get the camera off yourself and replacing it (even more so if you play with locked camera like me xD) so i think this zoom out thing should be added to more champions with spells simlar like zacs e or rumbles ult
