I do want Quinn to be fully turned into and embraced as a traditional marksman with practically no assassin qualities, emphasis on basic attacking for her main source of damage. With her having strong utilities on her abilities and map mobility.
**EXAMPLE KIT BELOW:**
**Basic Attack Range:** 525 --> 575
**Harrier (Passive):** Cooldown: 8 seconds [reduces with critical strike chance the same way it does now]
Valor marks the closest enemy or the enemy Quinn last basic attacked within her attack range for 4 seconds and revealing them.
The first enemy struck from Blinding Assault and Vault will also apply Harrier on the target.
Quinn's attacks against marked enemies consumes Harrier and deals 1% increased damage per 100 maximum health the target has.
**Blinding Assault (Q):** Cooldown: 10/9/8/7/6 seconds; Cost: 50/55/60/65/70 Mana; Range: 1050 / 250 units
Quinn commands Valor to fly in the target direction gouging out the eyes of the first enemy struck blinding it and causing it to miss targeted effects for 1.5 seconds while dealing 20/30/40/50/60(+100/105/110/115/120%AD)(+50%AP) physical damage to enemies in an area, 20% increased damage against minions and monsters.
**Heightened Senses (W):** Cooldown: 50/45/40/35/30 seconds; Range: 2100 units
Passive: Consuming Harrier grants Quinn 20/25/30/35/40% bonus movement speed and 20/35/50/65/80% bonus attack speed for 2 seconds.
Active: Quinn orders Valor to reveal the area around her for 2 seconds.
**Vault (E):** Cooldown: 11/10/9/8/7 seconds; Cost; 50 Mana; Range: 750 units
Quinn quickly dashes to the target enemy, briefly knocking them back, while slowing them down by 50% which decays over 1.5 seconds and dealing 6/7/8/9/10%(+2% per 100AD) of the target's maximum health as physical damage (max 300 against monsters). Afterwards Quinn is placed at her maximum basic attack range,
**Tag Team (R):** Cooldown: 3 seconds; Cost: 100/50/0 Mana; Range: 575 units
Quinn channels in place for 2 seconds. Upon completion Valor picks her up and grants her 70/100/130% increased total movement speed. This is canceled if Quinn takes champion or tower damage, placing it on cooldown.
Upon reactivation, attacking, or casting Vault or Blinding Assault will cause Quinn to perform a Skystrike which marks all struck enemies around her with Harrier before being taken out of Tag Team. Skystrike additionally deals (+100%AD) physical damage against struck minions and monsters, this can critically strike.
_(Emphasis on late game scaling, scaling with marksmen items, and kill tanks - reason for why I think the ultimate should be renamed from Behind Enemy Lines since it indicates Quinn should be flanking and assassinating the enemy backline rather than attacking the enemy tanks. Slightly more attack range to go with the basic attack focused gameplay, and get rid of the stupid darkness and just give it a blind.)_
