Gangplank ult change incoming

Should hit PBE at the next deploy. If you get a chance to try it, I'd love to know what you think! To clarify, this is neither a "ult was the biggest problem" nor a "now Gangplank's in a perfect place." It was just a nice clean upgrade we thought people would like, and didn't have any big reason to hold it. :) Hope you'll like it! EDIT: It's been deployed to PBE!
