Fiora E attack speed on inhibitors glitch or intended?

The attack speed from fioras E applies on all of Fioras auto attacks until the spell effect of E runs out of duration in which gives her 50% bonus atk speed for about 3 seconds straight attacking an inhib since it doesnt proc her slow or her critical strike. With the skill saying only on the first two strikes which it is on champs/minions/towers, is it intended to keep the attack speed bonus on inhibitors?
