Even though I feel like Kindred's ult is completely displaced on a ranged jungle/marksman, I do not expect any big change here.
So my simple suggestion: make it more benefitial to use it. At the moment, it prevents all units from dying and applies a flat heal to both allies and enemies. I would like this heal to scale with missing health. Since you will always try to safe an ally that then drops to 10% hp, the heal will most likely be more effective for your team.
