[Jhin] Shouldn't his 4th attack do something to turrets?

I suggest at least making it like it deal 1 damage more for the symbolical value for the moment and fin Something later The thing is, that fourth Attack is pretty important since you have to reload after it, and it's animation is way more impressive.
