This change doesn't fix the core problem with Assassin Kha'Zix, and makes Bruiser Kha'Zix a *little bit* better, which is something I thought Riot didn't want. Low base damage and high AD scaling is great for an assassin.. but it is very difficult to get that 2.6 AD scaling off on a champion.
What Kha'Zix needs is more reliable damage in teamfights, as he cannot kill anything that is standing remotely close to a minion in his current state. The change that Kha'Zix needs is an isolation mechanic that doesn't work on a binary system, where the opponent is or isn't isolated. He should be able to deal scaling damage based on **how** isolated a target is.
