[Suggestion] Yasuo's E

To me Yasuo has no defined counters aside from targeted hard CC I find him unhealthy to play against because he is able to lock down priority targets of any type off displacement on his team it makes it really aggravating when you are playing as ADC and Trundle Pillar or a Janna Tornado come out of the fog and you are instantly ulted upon. But at worst in team fights make him so mobile and bring back so much flow he can get his shield a few times in a fight. I suggest that we put a .25 second cooldown to make him a little easier to pin down in team fights. It's not a long cooldown and I dont think it will effect his gameplay much aside from having to try a little more to dodge skill shots.
