So there has been a thread some weeks ago by "BONESAW IS READI" about how Zac feels at the moment. You can find the article here: http://boards.pbe.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/champions-gameplay-feedback/iyROuoH5-the-wrong-direction-of-zac-buffs-and-what-needs-to-be-prioritized-by-challenger-zac-player The reason I want to put focus on the topic is because of the most recent nerf in the 9/2 Update : Elastic Slingshot (E) charge time increased to 0.9/1.05/1.2/1.35/1.5 from 0.9/1.0/1.1/1.2/1.3. I know this is not to big of a deal and might just be a follow-up to an increased range on his E, but for gods sake they have to buff him in another way. You cannot play him top anymore since blobs will now always land in "contestable range", which means "you will only get half of the blobs and therefore you can't sustain". You might still try to play him in the jungle, but even there he has weak ganks, fairly low damage and a semi-useful ult. Furthermore even professional players like Dexter have to admit that his Q is just bad. He once said on stream: "..Skilling Q is pretty useless, because it's just another ability to spawn blobs for your W. The additional slow is irrelevant..." Since this should not be a OMG-buff-my-main-thread and since there has already been a detailed thread about Zac, I just want to know the thought behind the nerf and why there are no buffs planned for him atm. What do you guys think about Zac's current situation?
