PBE Balance Change Discussion

I thought that since people love to express their opinions, i.e. random threads on balance status' popping up, this would be far more organized and concise. I understand you [Riot] have all the numbers and will probably make balance changes better than most of the playerbase due to analyzing the information we don't have and that the PBE is mainly for bug testing and your personal balance and number observations -- but this thread could be informative in intrinsic information that doesn't come from numbers alone. What the players assume or think of the changes after and during testing to perhaps inform of things that others could have missed or to give new ideas. I don't know if this is appropriate for normal Boards because it seems to be able to become more dynamic and fitting to the majority exclusive PBE playerbase here. Although I still might make it there, just to see what comes up, the one here should probably be the more considered one if at all. ---------------- Anyone can also just use this to keep on top of what all the champion changes are too of course. --------------- I will update this (or make a new thread) with every change in the cycle for champion balance as much as I can. Feel free to comment below. Please keep the discussion civil and with factual arguments or strongly supported opinions. Keep in mind this is only for champion balance CHANGES. Not for the state of a champion alone, not for champions who need changes -- just about the changes. You can discuss the state of a champion and the relation to the change, but not a lot above that.
