Easy way to balance dusk blade and Zed (and other assassins)

Change Duskblade's DMG type from % of lost HP to % of current health. I read an article that this item's identity is to give some power to AD assassins which already used their R to kill the primary target. But, current Duskblade is more likely to guarantee their 1st kills.
