So i bought some runes and runes page but shop bugged and i send 2 message to riot support and they confirm this bug i got like 53 mark of health they fix my bug andn ow they are 9 thats cool now where that ip that i used to buy runes ? i mean come on am stuck at start at -3300 i played all way to end up 1500 i canot buy anything am getting error every time with rp or ip i know this is pbe but some help will u ppl ?
