Runes Bug?

I recently got into a match and all my runes were removed. I created well over 6 rune pages and now I only have the runes ''Yasuo'' and ''Fizz'' to pick from. I didn't remove any rune pages. UPDATE: When buying a new rune page, it does not add to the pages I already have.
