I'm lossing my patience!

I've been in the queen for 12hours, and finally it shows I'm at the first place. I waited for the "1" for about 5 minutes and suddenly i was out and there was red text says there is an unexpected error and I push the button for several times and the client said connecting failed. So i have to cancel the client and re-open it but i find that i become the last in the queue.More 12hours? It's really annoying!!!!!!!!!!!!!
