[Champion Collection] - Problem buying Champions with blue essence

There is a problem when I try to buy new champions with the new 1 BE system. It states that there has been an error with my request. This has gone on for several days. I have not been able to unlock all of the champions and as a result, the new skins are unpurchaseable.
