Award announcement bug in NB

The enemy team had recently won URF deathmatch on Nexus Blitz, and had given them the could drake buff. But in the chat, it had announced that it had given them the Statikk shock buff. I think this is more of a announcement bug with the game mode, and not it being a after URF bug.
