Can one of the blue jinx chromas lose the alt colored streak?

Pretty much every other color is the same for all her hair. Aside from the blue ones. Why? There's 2 blue ones so why do they both need the extra color? I love jinx with blue hair but no skin currently offers the option aside from base skin. I love this new skin. It's just sad to see it come so close to being perfect and then have some green streak ruin it.
