AFKs Everywhere

Every single match/game I play there's one, two even three AFKs. should I go AFK too? Is this a bug? Are these people send to a secret server where's another AFKs enjoy an awesome match? Why is this keep happening? How you suppose to try builds, runes, roles and content out of the meta if the match is already lose?
