Zed's Q+W combo CANNOT be casted. It's a Zed-nerf-bug.

* Bug area: **Zed can't cast Q+W combo in PBE anytime. The W's shadow won't throw the blade. the QW combo is still viable in the current patch. ** I was using WQ combo until I found some professional players use QW combo which is more useful in laning. It's not a **Riven-Q's mechanism** that's too important to be removed. **It doesn't give players that much difficulty to operate **(which is the reason you kept Riven's mechanism). **But it's more interesting in many ways. ** **Players deserve this mechanism** because 1. It requires player's ability of **ballistic imagination**. 2. If you don't move the mouse enough quick, you will fail. You throw a blade and put a shadow. That's funny. It points out a **oppotunity cost** in choosing combo. **Zed deserves it** because It's very Zed! It looks **cool **and highly **unpredictable**. This is what a master of the shadows does! I really love Zed and I think it's unwise to nerf Zed's mechanism. {{champion:238}}: "League of Legends is a cool place. But It's not cool when my unseen blade is easily seen D: " Hope the bug will be fixed soon! {{item:3140}} {{item:3157}}{{item:3140}} {{item:3157}} {{item:3140}} {{item:3157}} {{item:3140}} {{item:3157}} {{item:3140}} {{item:3157}} {{item:3140}} {{item:3157}} {{item:3140}} {{item:3157}} For those who don't use QW combo (you cast Q on where you want then cast W instantly. The shadow will throw a blade just like WQ does). Let me show you the advantage (So You know why is Zed nerfed.) : 1. Straight Q+W. The opposite thought you want to use Q blade to take a last hit. But the shadow came out with the blade and became 2 blades. This is highly unpredictable. 2. The first blade is instantly thorwn. So it's harder to be evaded. Like if you throw a shadow, the enemy will know where the blade coms from. Especially useful in triangle QW harass (2 blades dashes to enemy from different direction which increases the damage area.) 3. When taking a melee fight, WQ combo requires you put the cursur behind the enemy to cast a W. Then move the cursur to the enmey to cast a Q. However QW combo requires you to cast the Q on enemy then put W anyway unpredictable. It's just easier to operate and succeed. 4. Q+WW to your back. You can poke the enemy (with 2 blades instead of 1 blade ) then escape. This combo is highly important under the turet. You can take the least turet hits and deal the most damage.
