[Turret Range Indicator] - Range indicator grows indefinitely after being near it too long.

If you stand close enough to a turret to see the range indicator, eventually the range indicator circle will start to slowly increase in size (the actual targeting range stays the same). By about 2 minutes it covers the entire map. The visual indicator returns to its normal size if you leave the proximity of the turret, enter its actual range if you were outside it, or exit its range if you were inside it. Testing Steps 1. Load into a practice tool game (customs work too) 2. Stand close enough to a turret to see the range indicator 3. Wait ~1 minute 20s (using the fast forward game time feature is fine) 4. Watch the range indicator grow in size, slow at first but accelerating. I have tested it with Mordekaiser, Malphite, Ashe, Kayne, Taric, Garen, Kai'sa and Katarina. I have used the summoners flash + heal, cleanse + ignite and exhaust + smite. I have used every rune tree although not every individual rune choice or primary rune page. I have tested this at levels 1, 3, 7 and 13-18 and with full build as well as no items. I have also tested it both in the presence and absence of minions and champions. It works in both practice tool and custom games, but I haven't tested it in co-ops. Additionally it works for both inner and outer turrets (haven't tested any others). In summary, it seems like the bug is universal, you just need to be next to a turret to see its range indicator for it to happen.
